Process Customs Declarations Online
Four steps to processing customs clearance declaration data electronically:
STEP 1
Register an account to start using the FedEx Online Declaration Tool.
STEP 2
Log in to the FedEx Online Delcaration Tool using your registered username and password.
STEP 3
Enter the shipment and product details accurately. For high-value (Cat-D) shipments, please print out the declaration form and add the company chop, then upload all required documents.
STEP 4
Click "SUBMIT".
TIPS

The FedEx Online Declaration Tool can be used for low-value (Cat-C) and eligible high-value (Cat-D) shipments exported from mainland China only.

Remember to log in to the tool using your registered username and password, which is different from your fedex.com User ID and password.
